Our Return Policy
At CHARM JORA, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
Conditions For Return
- The shoes must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Footwear that shows signs of wear, outdoor use, or damage will not be eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, slippers and sandals can only be returned if unworn and in original packaging.
How To Request A Return Or Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 312 076212 or email support@charmjora.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original box and hand it over to our courier partner for pickup, or ship it to our return address as instructed.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash) or via direct bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We are happy to exchange your item, subject to availability and the same return conditions above. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange on each order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Used, worn or damaged footwear
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
